Freedom Associates Inc. Respite Care is short-term care intended to provide both the individual and his or her family with a break from their daily routines. Our Respite care will relieve families or primary caretakers from their caregiver responsibilities while providing individuals with continued and new opportunities, experiences, and self-determination. Our program will follow a team-oriented approach that would encourage supports on a short-term basis.
Our respite care can be provided in:
- The individual’s home;
- Our licensed residential site;
- State certified overnight or youth camps; and
- Other settings and camps as approved by DDA.
